Refund & Return Policy

 

At Mercury Pawn Shop, we value transparency and fairness. Please review the following policies before making a purchase:

 

 

Electronics

 

• All electronics come with a 15-day warranty.

• If a defect occurs within this period and the item cannot be repaired, a full refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

• Store credit can be applied to any future purchase in our store.

 

 

Tools

 

• All tool sales are final.

• Tools are sold strictly “as is” and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

 

 

Firearms

 

• All firearm purchases are subject to state and local laws.

• If a firearm sale is denied during the background check process, the following fees will be charged:

   

  • $200 restocking fee

  • $30 transfer fee

• These fees will be deducted from any refund amount due.
